Shipping policy

Items will be described in their descriptions as to whether they are pre-made or made to order. The respective shipping times are as follows:

• Pre-made items will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
• Made-to-order items may take 14-20 days to ship.

**If concerns arise regarding the need for shipping times outside these ranges, they will be addressed on an individual basis. The seller is not responsible for shipping issues within the postal service once item(s) are shipped.
